HKBU Homecoming Day - HKBUAA Tree Planting cum Cheque Presentation Ceremony (28 Oct 2013)
Event Information
Hong Kong Baptist University Alumni Association (HKBUAA) held a "Tree Planting cum Cheque Presentation Ceremony" on 28 October 2013 at a lawn near Academic Community Hall, whereby a pine was planted with the presence of Executive Members of the Association and senior management of the University to symbolise perseverance and longevity. To commemorate its Golden Jubilee, HKBUAA had launched a fundraising campaign earlier this year to raise a total fund of HK$500,000, of which HK$260,000 has been used to set up scholarship for students of different disciplines.
