HKBU Corporate Governance Society Holds Annual General Meeting 2025 and Visits Local Logistics Enterprise

HKBU Corporate Governance Society successfully convened its 2025 Annual General Meeting on 30 December 2025 and elected a new session of Executive Committee members as follows:

The Society also organised a company visit on 31 January to RollShip International Limited, a local logistics enterprise. The visit attracted a number of alumni to join.
During the visit, participants learned about the company’s Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) intelligent logistics system and gained insights into both traditional logistics and its intelligent logistics system, experiencing how intelligent technologies enhance logistics and distribution efficiency.
