HKBU Alumni Association Co-organises a Company Visit Again in Shenzhen

HKBU Alumni Association (HKBUAA) jointly organised a company visit in Shenzhen with the HKBU Career Centre, HKBU MBA (China) Alumni Association Shenzhen Chapter, HKBU School of Business Alumni Association and UIC Alumni Association Shenzhen Chapter. The event was held on 29 February, attracting over 120 alumni and students from Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Zhuhai to join. A luncheon was arranged before the visit for participants to get to know and make connections with each other.
Led by alumnus Dr Jacinto Tong (Chemistry), President of HKBUAA, participants visited the Shenzhen office of Beijing ByteDance Technology Co. Ltd. after the luncheon. During the visit, representative of ByteDance introduced various product lines of the company, including TikTok. The event enabled participating alumni and students to gain a better understanding of the industry, broadening their horizons.
