Selection Committee Members of the Seventh Distinguished Alumni Award Meet with Award Recipients at a Luncheon

Members of the Selection Committee of the Distinguished Alumni Award met with recipients of the Seventh Distinguished Alumni Award, namely Mr. Albert Au (Communication), Dr. Cathy Lui (Applied Biology), Mr. Louis Yan (Marketing) and Mr. William Yeung (History), at a luncheon held on 10 March at the HKBU Lounge on campus. Hosted by Chairman of the Council and the Court cum Chairman of the Selection Committee Dr. Clement Chen, the luncheon was attended by President Prof. Alexander Wai and members of the Selection Committee, including Partner and Co-Chairman of P.C. Woo & Co. Mr. Lester G. Huang, Former Executive Director of Vocational Training Council Dr. Carrie Willis, Ex-Commissioner for Innovation and Technology of HKSAR Government Miss Janet Wong, and Executive Secretary of the Committee, Director of Alumni Affairs Dr. Melanie Lee.
At the luncheon, Chairman Chen and President Wai conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to the Award recipients and thanked the Selection Committee members for their invaluable time and advice given during the selection process. The Award recipients also shared with the Committee members their recent personal or business endeavours.
