HKBU Alumni Association of Macau Holds Annual General Meeting and Online Gathering with President Chin

The HKBU Alumni Association of Macau (Macau AA) held its annual general meeting (AGM) and online gathering with President Roland Chin on 12 December 2020 at the Macau University of Science and Technology. Alumnus Dr. Sammy Liu (English Language & Literature), Chancellor of the Macau University of Science and Technology, and alumna May Liu (English Language & Literature) hosted a luncheon for members and guests of Macau AA after the AGM.
President Chin, accompanied by Director of Alumni Affairs Dr. Melanie Lee, met the Macau alumni from afar. Other honorable participants included Vice-President (Teaching and Learning) Dr. Albert Chau, Chairman of Alumni Committee of HKBU Foundation alumnus Prof. Sunny Wong (Business Management) and members including alumni Dr. Eddie Ho (Sociology), Prof. Harrison Ho (Economics), Philip Kan (Business Management), Alex Leung (Business Management), Tyrone Siu (History), Philip Tsai (Accounting), Dr. Gordon Tsui (Economics), Kent Tsui (Communication), N.C. Wong (Business Management) and Prof. Bernard Wu (Accounting).
The highlight of the gathering was the sharing by President Emeritus Dr. Daniel Tse, Supervisor General of Macau AA, Dr. Sammy Liu and President of Macau AA alumnus Paul Pang. They all expressed their appreciation to President Chin for his visionary leadership and significant contributions to the University in the past five years. President Chin reminisced about the happy moments he had with the Macau alumni and thanked them for their staunch support for their alma mater.
