HKBU Alumni Association of Southern California Held Online Talk to Share Health Tips

HKBU Alumni Association of Southern California hosted an online health talk “Coping with COVID-19” on 5 September. Speakers of the talk included Mrs. Annielee Ma, Bachelor of Health Science and a natural nutrition researcher; and Dr. Wayland Ma, Ph.D. in Pathology and former CEO of an American pharmaceutical company. They shared with audience tips on how to fight the COVID-19 pandemic through strengthening one’s immune system and natural therapies, and how not to be emotionally affected during the lock-down period(s) of COVID-19.
