HKBU Century Club Scholarship 2019-20
Event Information
In response to the initiative of HKBU Century Club to provide annual scholarships to HKBU students, alumni Kent Tsui (Communication), President of the Club; Esther Wong (Social Work; Geography), Patron and Vice-President of the Club; Dr. Helen Kwok (Communication), Secretary of the Club; and Stephen Tang (Business Management), Club member jointly donated a total of HK$30,000 to support the funding of the three aforementioned scholarships in the academic year of 2019-2020.
On 17 January, alumni Kent Tsui, Esther Wong and Dr. Helen Kwok met with the scholarship beneficiaries, while at the same time contacted via video conference a scholarship recipient who was away from Hong Kong on a student exchange programme. During the meeting, they introduced the vision and mission of the Club to the students and encouraged scholarship recipients to make contribution to the University in the future.
