HKBU Century Club Sponsors General Education Outstanding Students Award Scheme

HKBU Century Club sponsored the General Education Outstanding Students Award Scheme organised by General Education Office. Alumna Agnes Wong, Patron and Vice-President of the Club, attended the Award Presentation Ceremony and represented the Club to present the awards on 22 January.
At the ceremony, the five awardees shared their fruitful learning experience in General Education (GE) courses. The ceremony was followed by a sharing from Mr. Po Chung, co-founder of DHL International and Chairman of the Hong Kong Institute of Service Leadership and Management, in which his legendary story of being a leader was shared.
The General Education Outstanding Students Award Scheme aims to annually recognise five students who have excellent academic results in GE courses, active participation in GE activities and enthusiastic engagement in community services. Each awardee is granted a scholarship of HK$5,000 with a certificate.
For the betterment and a sustainable growth of the University, HKBU Century Club has established the Century Club Sponsorship Scheme to provide financial support to academic or student development projects annually. For more information, please click here.
